Refund & Replacement Policy

All products sold on this website are digital goods (including but not limited to digital accounts, activation licenses, and software access).

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not possible under any circumstances once the product has been delivered.

Digital goods are intangible and cannot be returned. All products are verified and confirmed to be in working condition before delivery.

We strongly advise customers to read the product description carefully and check system requirements before purchasing.

Replacement Policy

Replacement requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be considered.

Replacement is only possible in the following cases:

1) Mistaken Purchase

Replacement may be considered only if:

  • The request is made within 24 hours.
  • The digital product has 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) protection.
  • The account has not been modified beyond basic verification.

If the digital good does not have 2FA protection, replacement for mistaken purchase will not be possible.

2) PC Does Not Support the Game

Replacement may be considered if:

  • Reported within 24 hours.
  • The customer provides valid system specifications.
  • It is verified that the system does not meet the minimum official requirements of the game.

Customers are responsible for checking the minimum and recommended system requirements before purchasing.

FOLLOWING PRODUCTS CANNOT BE REPLACED OR SELECTED AS A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT:

* Products released in the last 3 calendar months from the date of your purchase or products that will be released after your purchase.

* Games that use Denuvo (may be considered in some cases).

* Games with online functionality.

* Any other product may be excluded from replacement or from being selected as a replacement, even if not listed above.
